Smarketers.jobs

The goal of this task is, that job ads will not stay active if the users change plan and the new plan has a smaller contingent of active job ads.

Scenario/Steps to reproduce
user changed plan into a lower plan
 
Expected result
Jobs will paused after if the new contingent is lower than the active jobs
jobs should be paused chronologically (from the oldest jobs to newest)
 
Actual result
active jobs will stay active or be automatically be renewed (if selected) regardless of the current contingent
 
Acceptance Criteria (examples in brackets):
GIVEN: The user changes his plan to a lower one (basic ➔ starter)
WHEN: The new plan starts
AND: He has more active jobs (5) than the new plan supports (1)
THEN: The oldest jobs should be paused (4) which are not in new contingent
AND: And not be activated again by automatic renewal
