The Goal of this ticket is to clarify while we send traffic from outer Germany on smarketer.jobs whether the users will see only our English content.
We need to add slug /de/ and /en/ to depending on the language the user chooses
like https://smarketer.jobs/de/search, https://smarketer.jobs/en/search
